Take your practice to the next level with Elements Flow 2, where new postures are introduced to challenge your strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Move dynamically with your breath to detoxify mentally and physically! Set in a 94-96* room with humidity.

Elements Sculpt
Add some strength training to your yoga practice! This breath to movement based class incorporates free weights, cardio bursts, and yoga drills to enhance your Flow classes. Build lean muscle and boost your metabolism in this high energy, full body workout! Set in 94-96* room with humidity.

Elements Yin Revive & Restore
Take a break from your Flow practice with a little R&R! Revive and restore your muscles and mind with a blend of Yin and Restorative postures. Melt your stress away with postures and props to ease your body open and reset your mind. Set in 80* room with no humidity.

Elements Sound Meditation
Find the “off” switch in your mind and tune into yourself with sound meditation. This class uses sound as a tool to support deep relaxation, creating a gentle yet powerful experience that heals the body, clears the mind and helps rein your attention to the present. Elements Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a great place to start for individuals with limited mobility. Chair Yoga is one of the most gentle forms of yoga. Students perform postures and breathing exercises using the support of a chair. This class is perfect for students recovering from injury or illness, and anyone who wants to experience the many benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor. Elements Intro To Yoga
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced and focuses on learning the foundational poses, postures and verbiage to gain confidence in yourself and your body in a supportive environment.

Elements Hatha
Hatha yoga is a willful, active class that aims to achieve harmony and balance in the mind, body and spirit. Hatha includes the practice of physical postures and breathing techniques set in a slower paced class. Be prepared to challenge yourself more than an Intro or Chair class, our Hatha sequence is a “step back” type flow that does not have you getting up and down from your mat.
